Swordfish Or Corvina With Sunshine Citrus Salsa

  • 1 c. pink grapefruit sections
  • 1 c. navel orange sections
  • 1 c. papaya, cubed
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 c. mango, cubed
  • 1 T. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 T. fresh mint, chopped
  • 4 (6-oz) swordfish steaks or corvina filets
  • 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preheat grill to medium high for swordfish or preheat oven to 425 F. for corvina. Combine the grapefruit, orange, papaya, kiwi, mango, cilantro and mint in a medium bowl. Mix well and set aside to let flavors blend. Brush fish with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill steaks for about 4 minutes per side or until cooked through or bake corvina for 25-30 minutes. Spoon the salsa over the fish and serve.
