Lemon Pound Cake

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O instant pudding
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 4 whole eggs
     
 
Mix together the dry Jell-O mix and dry cake mix. Add water, flavoring, oil, and eggs. Beat about 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let cool in pan 15 minutes before removing. When cooled, pour glaze over the top and sides of cake.
