1 pkg. vanilla pudding (4 serving size) not instant
1 c. minute rice
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Gradually stir milk, egg, pudding mix in saucepan. Add rice and raisins; stir over medium heat until mixture comes to boil. Cook 5 minutes stirring twice. Place in bowl, put plastic wrap or wax paper on surface of hot pudding. Refrigerate. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg.
