Almond Punch

  • 2 sm. pkg. lime gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1 lg. can pineapple juice
  • 2 (8 oz.) bottles lemon juice
  • 1 sm. bottle almond extract
  • 14 c. water
Dissolve lime gelatin with boiling water. Add sugar, stirring until it is dissolved. Add the pineapple juice, lemon juice, almond extract, and the rest of the water. Freeze. Before serving; let punch thaw to a slush.
