Corn Bread Salad

  • 9 inch pan of corn bread (baked)
  • 1 lg. green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 lg. onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickles (chopped)
  • 2 lg. tomatoes (chopped)
  • 12 oz. pkg. bacon (fried crisp)
     
 
Crumble corn bread up in long dish. Layer green pepper, onion, sweet pickles, tomato, and crumbled bacon. (Dressing:) Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and pickle juice together for dressing and drizzle over top.
