Pineapple Glaze For Baked Ham

  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. prepared mustard
     
 
In saucepan, stir brown sugar, cornstarch, salt and pineapple; add lemon juice and prepared mustard. Cook over medium heat, boil and stir 1 minute. Use to top ham when baking.
