The night before combine 1/2 cup oil and worchestershire sauce in small bowl. Also the night before in another small bowl add 1/4 cup oil and garlic. Store the two bowls in refrigerator overnight. Toast slices of bread and cut up into pieces. Toss the oil and worcestershire sauce with torn lettuce. Add blue cheese, parmesan cheese, and a well beaten egg to oil and garlic mixture bowl. Add juice of 2 lemons to lettuce. Toss the garlic mixture over the lettuce and add bread pieces and toss well.
