Egg Casserole

  • 1 lb. ground pork sausage
  • 1/2 C. Bisquick
  • 3 eggs
  • 7/8 C. milk
  • 1 C Cheddar cheese, shredded
     
 
Brown sausage and drain. In a bowl, mix together Bisquick, milk and eggs until eggs are beaten. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with Pam and spread drained sausage in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese and pour egg mixture over sausage and cheese. Bake in 400° oven for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Allow to set for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
