Mix flour, butter, salt and 1/2 c. chopped nuts pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 25 - 30 minutes. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 9 oz. cool whip. Spread over crust after crust is cool. Then mix 3 c. of milk and pudding pour over second layer. Add rest of cool whip and nuts. Refrigerate.
