2 Small Pkgs. Instant Pudding (Butterscotch or Chocolate)
3 Cups Milk
1 Cup Coconut, Toasted
Combine flour, butter, walnuts and sugar. Spread into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Blend 1/2 cool whip, confectioners sugar and cream cheese; spread over the top of the cooled crust. Beat pudding mix and milk until it begins to thicken, spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining cool whip. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
