Orange Cream Salad

  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 oz. concentrate of orange juice
  • 6 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can sliced peaches
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 2 apples, sliced
     
 
Mix pudding, milk, orange juice and sour cream. Drain peaches, oranges, and pineapple chunks reserving pineapple juice to soak bananas. Drain bananas and mix pudding mixture and fruit together. Can be made the night before.
