Chinese Coleslaw

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 4 green onions
  • 2 pkg of uncooked Ramen noodles (broken up)
  • 2 c. cooked chicken (I use Tyson canned)
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple (juice included)
  • 4 tsp sugar (or substitute)
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 6 tsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Ramen flavoring packets
  • Sesame seeds
  • Slivered almonds
     
 
Finely chop the cabbage and green onions. Add Ramen noodles, cooked chicken,and pineapple. Mix sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and Ramen flavoring packets together. Pour over cabbage mixture. May be chilled. Sprinkle with Sesame seeds and slivered almonds (toasted).
