Crack No More Than 2 large eggs and mix with fork. Pour into Ziplock bag. Add any mixture of ingredients you would like to your omelet. Pour into Ziplock bag, seal tightly, getting all excess air out of the bag. Shake the bag to mix the ingredients. Place the bag into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6 - 8 omelets in a large pot. Open the bag and the omelet just rolls out easily.
