This works great when you have guests for breakfast. No one has to wait for their special omlet. Everyone gets involved and it is a great conversation piece. Have each guest write their name on a quart size Freezer Ziploc bag with a permanent marker. Crack 2 eggs (large or extra large) into the bag, shake and squeeze gently to break the yolk. Each person adds the ingredients of their choice to their bag and zip it up. Place the bags in Rolling boiling water for Exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6 - 8 bags in a large pot. Open bags and the perfect omlet will roll right out with all the ingredients inside. Note: I have personally tried this and it works great!!
