Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. For each omelet: Break 2 eggs into a Ziploc bag and squish them around. Add desired fillings and spices. Squish some more. Hang bag over the edge of the table and squeeze out air. Zip the bag closed and drop it in the boiling water. Cook for exactly 13 minutes. Remove from water and cut zipper off the bag. Presto: A perfectly formed omelet will slide out onto your plate. Bring plenty of fillings and let everyone fix their own omelet, writing their name on the bag with a magic marker.
