Line 9 in sq pan with parchment paper with paper extending over sides of pan. Place sugar, butter and milk in large heavy sauce pan. Bring to a full rolling boil on med heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add white chips and marshmallow cream. Stir completely until melted. Add nuts, cranberries and vanilla. Mix well. Pour immediately into prepared pan. Let stand at room temp about 4 hrs or until completely cooled. Cut into squares. Store in tightly covered container at room temp. Makes 3 lbs.
