Overnight Ice Cream Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 pkg. (12-count) frozen cinnamon rolls
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. white sugar
The night before, place frozen rolls, equally spaced, in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Cook over low to medium heat until boiling; boil 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and pour over rolls. Lay a piece of foil loosely over pan. Place in oven overnight, in the morning, remove pan from oven and remove foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, bake rolls for 20-25 minutes. May be served inverted on the plate, as the caramel coating will be on the bottom of the rolls.
