Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 2 c. quick oatmeal
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 1/4 c. flour
  • 2/3 bag chocolate chips
      
 
Cream butter, Crisco, eggs, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, and water. Add oatmeal, soda, salt and flour. Mix well. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 375° for 10 - 12 minutes.
