Mix pumpkin, baking soda, cinnamon, sugar, flour and eggs. Grease large cookie sheet. Cover with wax paper and grease. Spread mixture on wax paper. Sprinkle with nuts and bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Flip over onto sugared linen towel. Peel off wax paper and roll up lengthwise. Let stand 2 hours. Unroll and fill.
