Place Salmon fillet in center of large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil and fold edges up. Drizzle lemon juice over fillet. Stir salt, pepper, tarragon and melted butter. Pour over the fillet. Fold over the aluminum foil and seal by crimping edges. Heat on the grill for about 8-10 minutes. Transfer Salmon to a serving dish and pour butter mixture on top before serving.
