Butter Chocolate Pudding

  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 T. cocoa
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • whipped cream (opt)
     
 
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add cocoa and continue beating until well blended. Add well beaten eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour and nuts. Pour into buttered baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes for pudding, 30 minutes for cake. Serve with whipped cream.
