Blintz Souffle

  • 1/2 Stick Butter, melted
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Orange Juice
  • 12 Frozen Cheese or Fruit Blintzes
     
 
Pour melted butter into baking pan to coat. Save remaining butter. In a blender put eggs, sour cream, vanilla, sugar, orange juice and salt.(to taste. Pour in reserved butter. Blend well. Place frozen blintzes in baking dish. Pour mixture from blender onto blintzes. Bake at 350 degrees fro about one (1) hour. It should be puffed up and browned. to serve, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
