1 1/2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs (17 Oreo cookies)
1/4 c. sugar
3 T. margarine or butter, melted
3 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14-oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Heat oven to 350°. Prepare Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough; set aside. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; spread evenly on bottom of 9 inch springform pan. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Drop cookie dough in 1 teaspoon portions evenly over cheese batter; push dough beneath surface. Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 12 servings.
