Artichoke - Spinach Dip

  • 1 c. chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 c. spinach
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic
  • powder
  • Dash pepper
     
 
Boil artichoke and spinach for 10 minutes. Drain. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute. Add spinach and artichoke, stir well. Add Parmesan, pepper, salt and garlic powder. Serve hot with crackers, tortilla chips or toast.
