Rice Pudding

  • white rice
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cans water
     
 
Sprinkle pan with rice lightly (cover bottom). Fill pan with water. Cook for 1 hour or until water is dissolved. Add sugar, salt, vanilla, milk. Using milk can, add 2 cans of water. Stir thoroughly. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and add raisins, if desired. Bake 1 hour at 350°
