Angelic Shrimp And Lobster
|
- 3 T. butter
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 c. chicken broth
- freshly grounded pepper to taste
- dash red pepper flakes
- 4 lb. med.-lg. shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 lb. cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 c. light cream
- 1 lb. angel hair pasta

| In a large skillet, over medium heat, melt butter and saute garlic for 2 minutes. Add wine, chicken broth and peppers. Bring to a boil on medium high heat until the liquid starts to reduce. Add shrimp and cook approximately 5 minutes, until opaque. Add lobster just to heat through. Reduce heat to simmer, add cream and turn off heat after 1 to 2 minutes. Meanwhile, cook angel hair pasta according to package directions. Remove seafood from sauce and set aside. Toss pasta with sauce. Place seafood on top of pasta. Serve immediately. |
