Pumpkin Cake

- Cake:
- 1 yellow cake mix (dry)
- 1 16 oz. can solid pack pumpkin
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Frosting:
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 lb. powder sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

| Cake:Beat cake mix, pumpkin, sugar, oil, water, cinnamon, nutmeg and eggs together on medium speed. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Frosting:Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with a mixer. If you want a stiffer icing add more powdered sugar. |
