Mix sugar, butter, eggs, flour, vanilla, pecans and cocoa and pour into buttered 8 x 4 1/2-inch pan. Set this pan inside a larger pan with about 1/2-inch of hot water. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Cool slightly before serving-equally as delicious completely cool.
